Production Coordinator Traineeship

Trigger are excited to announce a new training program for 18-25 year olds living locally in North Somerset and surrounding areas. This is a unique opportunity for someone seeking a career in the arts and creative industries to gain valuable experience, working as part of our skilled team. 

Over 6 months you will work alongside industry professionals, learn how to produce imaginative projects for the public, and gain skills in producing, marketing, and event management.

The Production Coordinator Trainee supports the development and delivery of all Trigger projects. Working closely with our Senior Producer & Community Engagement Manager you will provide administrative and practical support to ensure the projects are delivered efficiently.

Archivist Traineeship

Trigger are excited to announce a new training program for 18-25 year olds living locally in North Somerset and surrounding areas. This is a unique opportunity for someone seeking a career in the arts and creative industries to gain valuable experience, working as part of our skilled team. 

Over 6 months you will work alongside industry professionals, learn how to document, catalogue, and preserve our often temporary and site-specific works of art.

The Trainee Archivist supports the documentation, digitisation and cataloguing of all Trigger projects and production assets. Working closely with our Senior Producer, Finance & Operations Manager, and external archivists, you will support the development of a new archival procedure and public access engagement programme.

Are you interested in working or volunteering with us? We are always looking to grow our network of professionals and volunteers. To help us deliver our projects we are often looking for performers, musicians, producers, production managers, artist liaisons, stage managers, designers and technicians. We are also always keen to get volunteers involved with our work, whether that is by assisting with creative workshops with local communities, or welcoming people and spreading the word about our events.
