Production Manager - TEABREAK

Trigger is looking for a forward-thinking, diligent and organised Production Manager to oversee and manage the TEABREAK 2026 tour. You will be an experienced Production Manager who is used to working with a collaborative team, and has a rigorous, innovative and positive approach to production management.

Evaluation Partner - The Big One Hundred

Trigger are seeking an Evaluation Partner to create and implement an evaluation framework and methodology for the project; lead data collection and analysis with project stakeholders and deliver a final designed evaluation report for public and internal dissemination.

Wardrobe Specialist - The Big One Hundred

Trigger are seeking a Wardrobe Specialist to maintain and manage all wearable puppet and costume elements for rehearsals, the two-day Ashdown Forest event, and a five-weekend August tour across Wealden District.

Holiday Club Manager

Trigger are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic educational practitioner to lead and run the Holiday Club over two weeks of fun-filled arts and nature activities from 17th – 28th August 2026.

Holiday Club Assistant

Trigger are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic childcare and/or creative practitioner to join our Holiday Club team, assisting the delivery across two weeks of fun-filled arts and nature activities from 17th - 28th August 2026.

Performers - The Big One Hundred

The Cast will form an ensemble responsible for physically embodying and operating the large-scale puppet/creature across performances and public sightings throughout the project. 

This is a physical, movement-led role requiring close coordination, stamina, and strong ensemble awareness. Performers will work collaboratively to bring the creature to life, combining technical operation with expressive performance in outdoor and site-specific environments.
