Collecting mobile phones for asylum seekers

Give your old mobile phones and technology to asylum seekers in North Somerset

As part of our wider work with this community, Trigger are collecting donations of unused technology for asylum, seekers in North Somerset hotels.

Technology can be a lifeline for people who have just arrived here. Trigger are collecting working phones, tablets and laptops for asylum seekers and refugees, giving them a means to communicate, connect, translate and learn English, and navigate their new life in the UK.

Access to phones and computers can make a huge difference.

If you have a functional phone, laptop or tablet that isn’t being used, you can drop it off at a collection point below.

We were delighted to raise over £5350 through our crowdfunder, which will help support the wellbeing of 250+ single men and numerous families in North Somerset hotels.

Please keep an eye on our project page for further updates and information on how we use these funds going forward.

Thank you for your ongoing support.
