Angie is an artist and director specialising in visual & participative events. Angie recently directed a mass participation performance for Manchester International Festival. She is the winner of the Creative Producer Arts Foundation Award. She is on the board for Theatre Royal Plymouth and London Area Council, Arts Council England.

Natalie is the Executive Director of Trigger. Natalie has produced for Paines Plough, Coney and nabokov, and has led projects for the Imperial War Museum, National Trust, Chester Zoo and Museum of London. Natalie is a member of the South West Area Council of Arts Council England and is on the Board of the Independent Theatre Council.

Becca is a producer who specialises in performance in public space and creative technology. She has produced for Kaleider, Inside Out Dorset, The Eden Project/14-18NOW and South West Creative Technology Network amongst others. She was Programmer for Dartington Live working with companies such as Darkfield, Onteroerend Goed & Fuel. Working for Activate she strategically developed the Theatre sector in Dorset.

Hatty is an arts marketer with experience in visual arts and live performing arts events in indoor and outdoor spaces. She spent several years with arts and performance festival The Performance Arcade in Wellington, New Zealand. Since returning to the UK Hatty has worked with Affordable Art Fair, Bristol-based commercial gallery Livingstone St Ives and Activate Performing Arts.

With a unique merge of logic and creativity, Natalie thrives in process, bringing new perspectives to financial management and business operations. Natalie has worked in the creative sector for over 10 years at In Between Time, Bristol Festivals and Design West. Natalie particularly enjoys watching people grow and flourish through participation in creative practice and believes this opportunity should be open to all.

Phoebe is a Producer with a diverse portfolio spanning theatre, events, and the music industry. She played a pivotal role as Producer in creating the groundbreaking immersive music venue, One Night Records, reshaping the concert experience. As an independent producer, she's collaborated with emerging talents on regional, fringe, and off-West End stages, and consulted for Hennessy Music, elevating grassroots musicians. Her work at Riverside Studios included notable theatre and exhibitions, such as Disney's 'Winnie the Pooh' and Gina Southgate's 'From Live Music. 

With a background in History of Art and Curating, Alison has worked in arts administration and archival research. Before joining this year as Team Support Officer, Alison completed her MA in Curating at UWE. During her studies, Alison developed a particular interest in the myriad ways in which art forms engage with and respond to social, cultural and ecological landscapes.  

Letty developed her passion for arts programming whilst studying English at the University of Birmingham. She has this year joined the Trigger team as Assistant Producer and Marketing Officer, having previously freelanced in production on a range of creative events, including StoryTrails, commissioned as part of UNBOXED: Creativity in the UK. Her interests lie in reimagining public spaces, offering a fresh perspective for communities to engage with their local surroundings.

Alicia is passionate about producing new work and developing creative ideas. She has worked as Production Coordinator for National Theatre Wales and was the Creative Team Coordinator on GALWAD, commissioned as part of Unboxed: Creativity in the UK. Before this, Aliciaspecialised as a Deputy Stage Manager & Show Caller. In this capacity she collaborated on plays with Paines Plough, the Almeida, Young Vic and the Donmar Warehouse; physical and devised performances with Complicité, Frantic Assembly and RashDash; and events with the Southbank Centre and Emergency Exit Arts.
